Traditional Chlorine and Bromine maintenance regimens are highly acidic and cause discomforts such as dry skin and hair, odors, balance anxieties and clouding residues.

Non-chlorine biguanide programs are more expensive and eventually develop pesky problems with water molds and slime. Eliminating these problems is costly and annoying.

All of these other products were developed for other purposes and later adapted for pool water.

Use to maintain pool water weekly:

Pre Conversion and/or New Pool Preparation:

1. Brush walls and vacuum pool.
2. Sequester to remove metals, if applicable.
3. Treat with REVIVE!™, if high levels of phosphate are present.
4. Clean filter thoroughly (if not new):

Sand – Replace sand or chemically clean with acid solution.
D. E. – Flush, chemically clean grids, re-charge.
Cartridge – Chemically clean existing element thoroughly.

Note: When converting from biguanide, filter media must be replaced and
filter cleaned.

Conversion and/or New Pool Start-Up:

Note: If converting from biguanide, use Flip-Out!™, following package
instructions.

1. Balance the pool water to TA = 80-120 ppm, pH = 7.6, CH = min. 300 ppm.
2. Shock with granular chlorine, 1 lb. per 12,000 gallons, 24 hours before first
E-Z Pool™ dose.
3. Dose with E-Z Pool™ according to the “Weekly Dosage Table.”
4. Run on E-Z Pool™ for 7 – 10 days. Have Authorized Dealer check water
balance and clean filter media thoroughly, again:

Sand – Chemically clean and rinse well.
D. E. – Flush, clean grids (if needed), and recharge.
Cartridge – Replace with new element or rinse thoroughly, if
in good condition. Chemical soaking should not be necessary.

5. Follow “Routine Weekly Maintenance” instructions and monitor filter weekly.
