We are in unprecedented times. With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 and the incredible speed at which things are changing around us, we are continually adapting our operations and business to help you maximize your success. We are here to continue to help you with any product questions or water quality issues that may arise as our season draws closer.
At this time, there is no indication of an interruption to our normal business operations, including production and shipping. Because our products are made in the USA we will most likely not experience import delays. Our manufacturing facility is considered to be an “essential industry” and will remain open and in production. If government mandates change, you will be notified immediately.
APi will continue to focus on prevention and preparedness while monitoring the situation carefully. While we cannot guarantee uninterrupted business operations in the event the corona virus continues to spread, we are taking prudent steps at varying levels to mitigate possible impacts to our operations, employees and customers.
We will continue to follow the guidelines of the CDC and local government, changing and implementing new policies as necessary and with our customers needs in mind. Any necessary changes to our business practices will be communicated to our customers and suppliers immediately.
While we are adhering to the “business as usual policy”, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us. Out of respect to you and your staff and to do our part in helping to avoid the spread of COVID-19, we have halted our in-person visits. Recognizing that you will still need a way to communicate with us and receive product information and support, our Customer Experience Team is available during normal business hours and can be reached by phone or text at (877) 274-7261, or via email at [email protected].
As an additional means of support, APi will offer online water chemistry and technical information sessions. Keep an eye on your email, as we will update you once the details of how this will be facilitated have been finalized.
Last, but certainly not least, we encourage you, if you haven’t done so already, to download our mobile app, MyAPiWater. There are several resources and tools available on this app for both our EZRES® (residential water care products) and EZPRO® (commercial water care products) product lines.
In the meantime, be safe. We look forward to seeing you as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Dave Stuart & everyone at APi Water
