Can I use EZ SPA® with Bromine?
Yes! You can use bromine, or any traditional sanitizer or EZ SPA® E-Z BOOST.

How often do I drain my spa?
With typical usage, spas using the EZ SPA® program should be drained about every 6-8 months; with heavy usage spas need to be drained more often. An EZ SPA® typically needs to be drained less often.

Do I need to drain my spa to use EZ SPA®?
It's always best to drain your spa when changing a chemical program. If you have drained your spa within the last two months, then draining it again is not required. To start with EZ SPA® simply balance the water to parameters on product label and follow START UP instructions.

What are the water balance parameters for my spa?

pH 7.2-7.6 

TA 80-120 ppm 

CH >300 ppm 

CYA 0-25 ppm 

TB or TC 0.5-2.0 ppm

 

Why is my EZ SPA® TOTAL CARE hard?
Hardening indicates product contamination. The most likely culprit is that the product was exposed to moisture. This may occur when replacing a moist scoop (never do this) in the bottle or not closing the lid properly. When this occurs, the top layer of product may clump or harden. Be sure to keep contents of container dry.
